Provinces
Canada is a federation divided into 10 provinces not including the vast northern regions above the 60th parallel. The great Canadian North is divided into three territories, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, which are under the tutelage of the federal government. There is no international airport in the territories, which makes access more difficult.
